1. Download the XPI archive of the Flash Player Plugin to your hard disk (right click on the download link then select Save link As or Save Target AS(IE)
2. Rename flashplayer-win.xpi to flashplayer-win.zip
3. Extract flashplayer-win.zip using winzip, winrar or any program that can extract a zip archive
4. Open the extracted archive and copy these 2 files: flashplayer.xpt and NPSWF32.dll
5. Right click on the Firefox icon and click on Properties.
6. Click on Find Target button or Open File Location(Vista)
7. Double click Plugins Folder
8. Paste the 2 files you copied earlier to the Plugins Folder.
9. Close Firefox if it is open and reopen it.
Flash player should be installed then :)
